Protecting the Academy's work.
Everything inside Cloned Academy is the confidential intellectual property of Ri Michelle Branding Co, licensed to you for your own business while your membership is active.
You may
- Use the lessons, templates and prompts to build your own business.
- Keep and use the content you create with them.
- Download files where we give you a download button.
- Use your Academy Zoom background in Academy sessions and your own calls.
You may not
- Share your login or any links, recordings or files with non-members.
- Record, screen-record, download or repost lessons or live classes.
- Teach, package or sell our content (or anything substantially similar) as your own course, membership, coaching program, template pack or service.
- Upload Academy content into any AI tool or dataset to train or build a model, product or competing service.
- Scrape the portal.
- Share other members' posts, stories or results outside the Academy.
Violations may result in immediate termination without a refund and legal action to protect our intellectual property. Videos are watermarked to each member's account.
